When I'm not ensuring your protection, you'll find me savoring family time, grilling, engaged in a competitive game of billiards or Texas Hold'em poker, or rooting for our favorite college and pro baseball and football teams.

You may be required to sign an updated Selection/Rejection form regarding your existing State Farm Auto policy. This is just part of the process as State Farm migrates from its old "legacy" platform, to his new and more modern "Policycenter/Modernization" platform. Please do eSign at first opportunity; and/or, feel free to call us to discuss!
Existing customers with State Farm policies effective prior to January 2, 2025, will be receiving letters in the mail that advise your existing "Legacy" State Farm policy will be migrating to State Farm's new and improved modern platform, resulting in a new policy number, which may include combining multiple policies into one single policy, and that an ACTION ITEM may be required of you - Call us to ensure supporting docs are not needed! If you have a vehicle currently "suspended" or intend to "suspend" a vehicle in coming weeks, or if you have general questions related to this matter, please do call-in and speak with one of our licensed Account Managers.

To provide an enhanced customer experience, State Farm Payment Plan (SFPP) options for Auto and Fire policies have successfully migrated to State Farms more modernized system, State Farm Billing (or "SF Billing"). Life, Health, and business policies will remain on State Farm Payment Plans (SFPP) for the time being. Policyholders will receive notice by your communication preference but there will be no action-required at this time. Our team is here to assist and provide clarity as needed throughout this process.
For those requiring immediate assistance when we are out of the office, you may call 800-State-Farm, and should you need to report a claim I advise you do so through your State Farm mobile app, or you may instead text "CLAIM" to 62789, or dial 800-SF-CLAIM.
