To provide an enhanced customer experience, State Farm Payment Plan options for Auto and Fire policies will soon be migrating to State Farms more modernized system, State Farm Billing (or SF Billing). Life, Health, and business policies will remain on State Farm Payment Plans (SFPP) for the time being. Policyholders will receive notice by your communication preference but there will be no action-required at this time. Our team is here to assist and provide clarity as needed throughout this process. Our office may close early in the coming day's as we prepare to work through this migration process with you!
For those requiring immediate assistance when we are out of the office, you may call 800-State-Farm, and should you need to report a claim I advise you do so through your State Farm mobile app, or you may instead text "CLAIM" to 62789, or dial 800-SF-CLAIM. Unfamiliar with our website and State Farm's mobile app? Schedule a Good Neighbor Connect virtual appointment with us, and we'll be happy to walk you through it!
As of December 1, 2024, to better protect customer funds and mitigate theft risk, we will no longer be accepting cash payments. Customers may submit payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Check, and/or Debit and Credit card. Ask us how you can save on insurance payments through our State Farm alliance programs!
